LET IT SNOW!!

The snow is glorious!! I absolutely love it!! I'm down at my in-laws house and (thanks momma for letting me use your puter!!) their creek behind the house is flowing strong and is sooooo beautiful!! I love it! The running water sounds are just peaceful! The cows were all huddled around each other and trying to stay warm. We have babies laying underneath the tractors and in the hay rings!! I love this country life!!!!!!!!!!

This other picture my momma took of alyson taking a nap with quigley!! I just had to add it in here because right now she is in Cherryvale and i miss her soo much. I just saw her this morning and it wasnt long enough!! She is having fun with her MawGaw and PawPaw!!! anyways.... have a blessed day and rest of the weekend

** An Idea

Well I know that most people probably only post once a day but Ally deserves her own lil' blog... lol

Im tossing around the idea of getting state certified and opening a daycare. I have been tossing up the idea for along time now and Dave and I have been trying to figure ways it might just work. My goal in life is to be a stay-at-home mom and housewife. Yea I don't like the housewife thing ALOT but I would rather be home everyday when my Hard-working hubby gets home then have to wait until 10pm to see him and ally.

If anyone reads this and has any helpful hints or ideas Please let me know!!!!!

God Bless

Her goal today was to make mommy smile!

So today Ally informed me that she wanted to make me smile! and of course what did that simple statement due.... IT MADE ME SMILE. We had an early morning since I had to get up and around to go to work... yuck... and she was not into going anywhere at ALL!! She told me that she loves Manda, Jeremy and Rilan but that they needed her to stay home. LOL. I explained to her that I had to work and that I would "picka- her - up" after I got off of work. She said " otay mommy, but I wanna stay home with my daddy. He needa my help." (I love her versions of words!!) I then told her that daddy was at work and that she needed to help Manda instead. She excitedly agreed.
We get to Amanda's house and she jumped into action and was ready for the day. You know the more I think about it, the more I wanna stay home with her. She has grown up so much in the last 6 months and I have missed most of it. Between working during the day half the week to working at night the other half, I feel liek I miss so much. I'm not there to help her brush her teeth before bed, or pray with her. It amazes me how much I miss the little things. Her little "ally-isms" are what I miss the most.
Well needless to say she made me smile ALOT today and does everyday.

SOME MORE ALLY-ISMS-- (this way when I type it, its easier to interpret)--
*picka-my-up* pick me up
*MawGaw* Grandma
*tape* tape measure
** almost everything has an -a- after it which I LOVE!!

A sad day in the Burnett family.

Well we had a sad day in our family yesterday. My in-laws beloved tinkerbell passed away after failing health. She was a cute little yorkie with a personality ten times her size! She was my dad's little shadow. He took a nap, she took a nap. He went out to work in the garage and you can bet that she was right next to him or in his lap! My father-in-law is in a wheelchair and if he NEEDED ANYTHING.... and none of us heard him or went right to him, she let us know and quickly! My in-laws are very upset and rightfully so. She was a huge personality in this house and will be SEVERELY missed!

One of the hardest things right now is explaining to alyson that "b-bell" is in heaven with God and that he is taking care of her now. She is trying so hard to grasp the idea that she is no longer here but it is slowly clicking. Ally was with Dave last night while I was STUCK at work and when they got to my in-laws my mom was holding tinkerbell in a receiving blanket. My mom said that Ally was so well behaved and stayed quiet, kinda like in a way she knew. Then when Dave took tinkerbell out to bury her, my mom looked at her and said " MawGaw needs a big hug". Alyson climbed in her lap and gave her hugs and kisses. My daughter has a HUGE heart and it makes me so proud that she is that way.

I wasnt able to come over last night so I came over this afternoon and loved on my mom to let her know that I was sorry and that I love them!!!

On a happier note, David and I are trying for our second child. We have been trying for a year and are still "working" at it. LOL... so please , if anyone reads this, keep us in your prayers!!!

God Bless,

Gina
