Updates

I love this picture! I havent posted in forever but need to!!! We are all doing good. Ally loves school and is doing wonderful! TERRIBLE 3's are in full affect but I am hoping that when she turns 4 that they will just disappear!!! lol... I know better! But part of me is thinking that part of it is God preparing me for what we have been praying for for sooooo long!! Whether I bear another child or we go about it in other ways... I think that God is just trying to get me to realize that if I can finally handle it with this one that I would be able to do it all over again!

Dave is working harder than ever... His truck, the farm, and then us! We are having some struggles but you know I am finally getting through my THICK skull that all marriages have bumps, twists, turns, curves, and hills in the road it is just how you go through them... INSTEAD of taking another road.... We are working through everything TOGETHER and that is the best part!!

We just had 3 new babies on the farm and one of them came from our heifer!!! I am so excited and will be posting pics in a few days!!! I also have some exciting stuff in the works and yea... can't devulge the information yet but I will soon. I am just taking it a day at a time and seeing how it works and making sure that it something God wants me to do.. Because lets face it... It is God that gives us the path and the ability and talent to follow it! I am just making sure that it is God sending me this way... and if everything goes as planned I will let everyone else know!!

Anyways another excited thing going on for me personally is I am trying to BREAK FREE!!! On Feb. 22nd I started Breaking Free Updated By Beth Moore, and let me just say OH MY GOSH... I am sooooo convicted through the first week. I am ready to put God back on his throne and break free from captivity and have that AWESOME relationship with God.

I am also joining my friend Teresa and her friend on a roadtrip to Tulsa... to a women's conference. I am sooo excited to be around to christian women and worship God for all his miracles and Glory and yes SEE JEREMY CAMP!!! Oh my gosh... his voice and songs just get me there with God. I can praise and enjoy every second of it!!!

I WILL POST PICS OF THAT AS WELL!!!

O' Lord Save Me...

This is a line that I have been saying for months now and he truly saves me everyday!!!

This is going to be a short blog but there is more to come with my photography editing attempts!!!!

One: Ally LOVE LOVE LOVES preschool and is soo well behaved. Everybody on the bus just loves her and well it just makes me the proudest mother in the world to have a daughter that is just that well behaved for everyone else and who listens.

I am working for my mother - in -law and I LOVE IT! I am learning so much and I am so excited. It is allowing me to be there for alyson and at home when I need to be but is giving us a little extra income!

David is doing better with his back and is going to see a doctor just to make sure everything is going to be okay.

We still "arent" trying but are preparing for the next steps in the BABY WORLD.

Here are a few little things I have tried!

Mom, God made it Rain!

"So we tell others about Christ, warning everyone and teaching everyone with all the wisdom God has given us. We want to present them to God, perfect in their relationship to Christ. " Colossians 1:28

My title says it all for me today! Yesterday through all the rain Ally told me that it was God that made it rain. She told me that OUR God made it rain for us today. I love hearing her talk about God and she is doing it alot lately.

A few weeks ago we looked at the clouds and she told me that God is who makes rain and that he makes the sun. I went ahead and took the opportunity to tell her a little bit more about what God does for us. I told her that God wants us to be happy but that he will also give us hurdles or things to make us work or sad to learn and Grow. She told me that she knew that and that She loved God and my heart just melted! I told her that one day Jesus was going to come down from heaven and get us and that then we would live in his house! We talked about how God makes the clouds and how he has a "castle" (I told her that yes he did and that we call it a kingdom!) How he made that "wake"(lakes) and that he just plain Loves us unconditionally and that just made her SMILE!

I love that she is so interested in God and the things he does for us.... It is absolutey amazing!

We have also started another routine that I LOVE!!!

" You are my sunshine, my only sunshine. You make me happy, when skies are gray.

You'll never know dear, how much I love you. Please don't take my sunshine away."

We sing that every night before bed now and then pray. I LOVE IT!!

One more update.... We have moved my mother-in-law's dad out to the farm. He got sick a few weeks ago and had to have a stint put in and now he is just right down the road and ALLY LOVES IT! She told me the other night that her and papa lock are going to stay in the camper. That that is their house and that is where she lives now. It used to take her 15 - 20 minutes to get warmed up to Papa Lock but since we started praying for him to get better she is just latched on and wont let go which is awesome!

and I think he loves it too!!!!! :-)

Anyways enough with my rambling. I don't have any new pictures yet but I will since ally is starting school on thursday!!! Dave took the day off so that we could take her in for her first day! She is super excited and is especially excited for the shopping trip to Joplin the following saturday!

Well, Well, Well... been a long long time since I have done this!!!

UPDATES: Ally starts preschool on August 20th! She is super excited and ready to be in school, and make some NEW friends!!

Dave is working harder than ever! He built a dock off one of our ponds and Ally, Dave and I love to go swimming!!!

Im still working at the Shoe Dept but am looking for something that is more of a consistant schedule. The hours alone are hurting me... the money is good but with ally starting school I need something where I can have the weekends off.

No baby yet. Dave and I are leaving it in God's hands. He has perfect timing. And it is HIS perfect timing not ours. So we stopped taking the pills given to David for now. We might consider going back that route but 50 dollars a month... well we need it for other bills that well... anyways... need paid.

I am still praying and hoping that our time will be soon. I still feel that David and I will have at least one more child. But when God feels we are ready.

Here is a picture of Ally... Dave and Ally played baseball last night and he taught her how to bat. My dad(steve) would be proud!!! And boy can she smack that ball!! I think I see softball in her future??!!

Family Love Junkie... lol

Well it has been forever and day it seems like since I have posted but it has been crazy in my house. I have been soaking up all the love my family has been dishing out! (hint my title) .. Lately I have been spending as much time as I can with Dave and Alyson since I am working so much lately! I have taken her swimming twice now and we have taken her fishing a few times as a family thing. She has been loving every minute of it. Granted the heat is something else but I will take the sunshine that comes with that heat so that we can continue to do those types of things together.

This blog is also has a sad part.... Sunday was the first father's day without my Grandpa Lardy. I am certain that he is watching over me with God everyday! So to you Grandpa HAPPY FATHERS DAY!

Im going to head to bed and will be back on tomorrow night to post some pictures of me and ally's swimming adventures!!!

A good weekend!

Okay so we went to KCMO for the weekend and spent time with our family up there. We went to the Royals game, ate out, spent time together and just plan enjoyed not having to stress about anything!!

Alyson had an absolute blast spending time with her papa bear and nana, playing with baby anthony, and going to the royals game hanging with aunt breanna. The Royals LOST by a lot but the fireworks were amazing! It was nice to get away and have some fun without worrying about what we were spending, it was soo nice!

Here are some pics. I am going to get more up here but for now this is just the game and the "stars"(fireworks). I will blog more later. I have a new "do" that I just have to share with everyone!!

They finally made nice!

In January of this year we added a new member to our household. A pure chocolate lab named Lilly. She is getting so big so quick. Her and our other dog Ozzie didn't take to each other very well in the first few tries of letting her loose. That is one of the best perks to being out in the country, the animals can run free and not have to be tied up. Anyway, we have been keeping her pinned up for that exact reason... they didnt get along and we didnt want her just taking off. About 3 or 4 wks ago we started letting her out during the evening and taking her around the property and getting her familiar with it. Then about 2 wks after that we started letting her out just during the day while we were at home and pinning her up at night. Well NOW she is running free, calmed down a TON and is loving her doggy life!

Here are a couple more pics that were taken tonight... and at ally's pre-party. The sunsets are from this evening. I am addicted to sunsets. I love the way they look casting the beautiful rays of sun across the ponds.

The others are of Ally's hair for the party (it didnt make it all that long) LOTS OF CURLS! She has natural curly hair but she doesnt like when I do it that way or put anything to help it stay, but she let aunt Kathy do it!

That cute little bundle of joy is Kathy son Anthony! HE IS SOOOOO STINKIN' CUTE! I loved having all of them here and can't wait to head up that way next wknd! LOTS OF PICS COMIN YOUR WAY FROM THAT TRIP! They are takin us to a Royals game. Plus I will get the pics from Jeannie to post on here from the party!
